Returns and complaints

Returns — 30 days for frames without personalisation

1. You can return frames and accessories without personalisation without giving any reason within 30 days of receipt (statutory 14 days + voluntary extension).
2. Write to us at office@ledmesee.com (order number + information about the withdrawal) or send the form below.
3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us to: ANAVENA Natalia Ciosek / LEDMESEE, ul. Księdza Jerzego Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland. You bear the cost of returning it. Pack the product carefully — preferably in its original packaging.
4. You will receive a refund (including the cost of the cheapest delivery to you) within 14 days of notifying us — using the same means of payment — once we have received the product or proof that it has been sent.

What cannot be returned

Prints made from your file and products made in a size or version to individual order are personalised products — the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 38(1)(3) of the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta)). If you bought a frame with a print, you can return the frame alone. You can always make a complaint about print defects under the rules below.

Complaints

1. We are liable for the conformity of the product with the contract for 2 years from delivery.
2. Send an e-mail to office@ledmesee.com with the order number, a description of the problem and photographs. We will reply within 14 days.
3. We will repair or replace the product and, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund your money. We cover the cost of returning the product subject to the complaint.
4. Transport damage: check the parcel on receipt; if it is damaged, draw up a damage report with the courier and take photographs. This speeds things up, but is not a condition for the complaint being accepted.
