Prints

Orders with a print are completed in 3–7 business days from receiving a correct file.

Carriers

DPD with glass-breakage insurance, InPost and GLS, and outside the EU FedEx, UPS and DHL.

Payment and invoice

You pay upfront via Stripe; we email the PDF invoice once the payment is booked.

Processing time

Frames without a print and accessories — orders paid by 11:00 on business days are shipped the same day, all others on the next business day.
Orders with a print — 3–7 business days from receipt of a correct print file.
Non-standard sizes and large quantities — the time is agreed individually.

Carriers and insurance

DPD — the default carrier. The shipment is insured for the value of the order, including against glass breakage.
InPost (courier and Paczkomat parcel lockers) and GLS — cheaper delivery; the carrier’s insurance does not cover breakage of glass components. Parcel lockers only for smaller formats.
FedEx, UPS, DHL and other international carriers — shipments outside the EU worldwide (except countries subject to sanctions). We calculate the price live after you enter the postal code and city; if no automatic quote is available for a given address, we will prepare an individual offer including delivery.
The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the country and the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and is shown before payment. Free delivery within Poland and the EU above the product value threshold shown in the cart.

Shipping outside the European Union

Sales outside the EU are exports at a 0% VAT rate. Customs duties, import tax and customs clearance fees in the recipient’s country are paid by the recipient on delivery, at the rates applicable in their country.

United Kingdom: we ship orders with a goods value above GBP 135 to private customers — VAT and import charges are collected by the carrier on delivery; smaller orders are accepted from businesses with a UK VAT number. Norway: VAT and import charges are collected by the carrier from the recipient on delivery.

Payments

You pay in advance via Stripe: payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Przelewy24 and other methods available in your country. We send the PDF invoice by e-mail as soon as the payment has been credited. Businesses provide their name and VAT number in the order form.

Receiving the parcel

Check the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, draw up a damage report and take photographs, and then write to us at office@ledmesee.com.
