How it works
- Choose a plan and size Standard or with print swap, sizes A2, A1 or A0.
- Pay and upload your file First month and a refundable deposit. You upload the print file on the order page.
- Your frame arrives ready Hang it, plug it in and you're done. You can swap the print yourself in a few seconds.
- Pay monthly After 12 months you choose: keep renting, buy out or return.
What it costs
Price per frame per month. Prices are net. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID account for VAT themselves (reverse charge).

The refundable deposit equals 2 months of fees. Minimum 12 months. Delivery in Poland is included; delivery to other EU countries is charged once. Returning the frames at the end of the agreement is at the business's expense.

When renting makes sense

Buy or rent?
Buy if the frame will work for you for years and you have the budget up front. Rent if you'd rather not tie up cash, want a fixed monthly cost or don't yet know whether you're staying in that location long term. After 12 months you can buy out the frame for 30% of the price.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the frame?
It remains the property of LEDMESEE. After 12 months you can buy it out for 30% of the list price.
What about the deposit?
We return it after the frames are returned and checked. Normal wear and tear doesn't reduce the deposit.
What if the frame gets damaged?
We repair or replace faults from normal use at our cost. Mechanical damage is covered by the business according to the repair estimate, up to the list price at most.
How do I change the print?
On the plan with a swap every 3 months, you get a print with shipping from your allowance. On the Standard plan you buy each further print normally in the shop.
How do I end the agreement?
After the minimum term, click “End agreement” in your account, with 30 days' notice. You have 14 days to return the frames.
Does rental work abroad?
Yes, across the EU for businesses with a valid VAT ID. Billing is in euro.
Subscription and rental terms
- The agreement lasts at least 12 months and then extends month by month. It can be ended with 30 days' notice, at the earliest at the end of the minimum term.
- The frame remains the property of LEDMESEE. It may not be sold, pledged or passed on to others without our consent.
- The deposit equals 2 monthly fees. We return it after the frames are returned, deducting the cost of mechanical damage or missing items. Normal wear and tear is on us.
- After the agreement ends, the business returns the frames at its own cost in the original packaging within 14 days. A frame that is not returned or is destroyed is charged at the list price.
- If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may terminate the agreement and call for the frames to be returned.
- After 12 months the business may buy out the frames for 30% of the list price.
- The service is provided by ANAVENA Natalia Ciosek (the LEDMESEE brand); company details are in the shop Terms and Conditions. The offer is only for businesses from Poland and the EU with a valid VAT ID, and consumer protection rules do not apply here.
- We issue a VAT invoice after each payment. In all other matters the shop Terms and Conditions apply.
