Rules in brief
- 100 lumens = €0.23 discount. Lumens can only be used as a discount — they cannot be paid out or transferred.
- Lumens for purchases become active 14 days after delivery and are valid for 12 months. Cancelling or returning an order removes the lumens earned on it.
- Lumens for activity (Daily Flash, missions, welcome bonus) are valid for 90 days and can be redeemed after your first paid order.
- At checkout you can pay up to 30% of the product value with lumens, from 500 lm.
- Agencies with an agency discount get 50% of the lumens, and their Frame Collection is 10 frames.
- We'll remind you about expiring lumens 30, 7 and 1 day in advance.
FAQ
01 Does it cost anything to take part?+
No. You join for free in your customer account and can leave at any time.
02 When do I get lumens for an order?+
You see them straight away as “on the way”. They become active 14 days after your parcel is delivered, i.e. once the return period has ended.
03 How do I redeem lumens at checkout?+
Sign in, turn on “Pay with lumens” at checkout and choose how many to use. 100 lm = €0.23 discount.
04 Do lumens expire?+
Yes: lumens for purchases after 12 months, lumens for activity after 90 days. We remind you 30, 7 and 1 day in advance.
05 Can businesses and agencies collect lumens?+
Yes. Agencies with an agency discount already have fixed partner prices, so they get half the lumens, and their Frame Collection counts every 10 frames.
06 How does the Daily Flash work?+
Once a day, you click “Claim” in your account or in the app. Your streak grows on working days, weekends don't break it, and once a month a shield protects it.
07 What does my tier give me?+
More lumens on every order (up to ×2), a lower free delivery threshold, priority production, quarterly rewards and a gift on your company anniversary.
08 What if I return an order?+
The lumens for that order are forfeited, and any lumens and rewards used on that order go back to your account.
