Programme rules
- The “Report a bug or share an idea” programme is run by the seller of the LEDMESEE shop (details in the shop Terms and Conditions). Taking part is free and voluntary.
- Anyone aged 18 or over can send reports. LEDMESEE employees and contractors submit ideas in the team app — instead of codes they receive points in the team results.
- LEDMESEE alone decides whether a report is accepted and implemented.
- Reward for an idea: a −€50 discount code once we implement the idea. Reward for a bug: a €10 – €50 code once we confirm the bug. Rewards are sent to a confirmed email address.
- A minor bug (e.g. a typo or a layout issue) earns a €10 code; a serious one (it blocks a purchase or payment, shows a wrong price or loses data) earns a €50 code. LEDMESEE decides how serious a bug is.
- If several people report the same thing, the reward goes to the person who reported it first.
- The code is personal, single-use and valid for 365 days. It cannot be combined with other codes or exchanged for cash.
- By sending a report you agree that we may use the ideas it contains free of charge, including changing them and combining them with others. Don't send content you don't have the rights to.
- We never publish the authors' details. The “Changed thanks to you” list only shows a short description of the change.
- Report security vulnerabilities to office@ledmesee.com, not publicly.
- We may change or end the programme; reports sent earlier will be handled under the previous rules.
These rules apply from 31 October 2026.
