What the agency gets
Any agency with an active agency account in the LEDMESEE shop (a business account after verification). The link and code appear in “My account” as soon as the account is activated. Taking part in the program is free of charge.

The new-customer discount applies only to the first paid order for a given e-mail address — it does not cover people and companies who have already bought from us.
You cannot refer yourself: an order placed from the same e-mail, the same company domain, VAT number / tax ID or IP address as the agency, as well as an order from another agency account, does not earn the agency a discount.
One code works per order — the referral code cannot be combined with other discount codes or with the business account discount.
If the referred order is cancelled or fully returned within 30 days of payment, the agency receives no discount; a partial return reduces it proportionally.
Personal codes (AGK-…, START BOX SB-…, codes from reminders) are single-use: a used code is not reissued, even if the order in which it was used is cancelled or returned. The same applies to the −5% new-customer discount.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of abuse we may deactivate a code; changes to the rules are published on this page.
Privacy: the referral link stores only the discount code in your browser (cookie lm_code, 60 days) so that the discount works in the cart — no tracking. The agency does not receive any customer data. Details: Privacy and cookie policy.
Frequently asked questions
01How long does the referral link work?+
The code from the link is remembered in the cart for 60 days. The customer can also enter the AG-… code manually in the cart at any time.
02The client ordered without the link — does the referral count?+
Yes, if they used your AG-… code in the order. Attribution is based on the code in the order, not on the link alone.
03When will I get my discount?+
30 days after payment of the referred order (after the return period). We send the AGK-… code by e-mail and show it in “My account”.
04Can I combine several AGK-… codes in one order?+
No — one code works per order. You can use each AGK-… code on a separate order within 365 days.
05What if the client returns the order?+
Cancellation or a full return before the discount is granted means no discount for the agency, and a partial return reduces it proportionally. The customer discount and used personal codes are not reissued.
06Can the agency see the referred customers’ data?+
No. In “My account” the agency sees only the number of referred orders and its own discounts — without customers’ names, addresses or e-mails.
07How do I join the program?+
Register an agency account in the shop. Once the account has been verified, your referral link and code will appear in “My account”.
