LEDMESEE frame technical specifications
All the key data in one place: what size to print, the power supply, how much the frame weighs and how much space the package takes. Check your model in the table before you prepare your print file.
Power
Safe low voltage, 12 V or 24 V, from the included power supply. Horizontal models have a built-in power supply.
Frame weight
From 0.4 kg (A5) — easy to mount on a wall, a counter or from the ceiling.

How to prepare your print file
The key rule: prepare your file at exactly the size in the “Print size” column. That is the size of the poster you slide into the frame — not the outer dimensions of the housing.
- File dimensions = print size from the table, at 1:1 scale (for example, A4 is 210 × 297 mm).
- Keep important text, prices and logos at least 10 mm from the edge — the poster edges sit under the frame profile.
- Save the file as a high-quality PDF or a maximum-quality TIFF / JPG.
- Resolution: 300 dpi at 1:1 scale — the higher the resolution, the better the print quality.
- Colours: prepare your file in CMYK. If you send a file in RGB, our printer’s profile will convert it to CMYK automatically.
- A double-sided frame needs two prints in the same format — front and back.
- Print on backlit film designed for rear illumination. You can also order a backlit print in the exact size from us.
How we print our backlit prints
We make the prints for our frames ourselves, on profiled UV printing machines, on backlit film designed for illumination.
We print using double CMYK technology: the carriage with the print heads passes over every spot twice. This keeps colours deep and saturated even with the backlight switched on, and dark areas don’t look washed out.
Power and mounting
- Single- and double-sided frames run on safe low voltage, 12 V or 24 V — the power supply is included.
- Horizontal models have a built-in power supply and plug straight into a 220 V socket.
- The power bank model runs without a cable — from a built-in battery.
- Low power consumption: from 3 W (A5) to 32 W (largest formats).
- Take the frame weight into account when choosing wall plugs, cables and stands.
Packaging — our own LEDMESEE boxes
We pack every frame in its own LEDMESEE box matched to the format and protect it for transport. Package dimensions and weight are listed in the table — useful when planning shipping, storage and back-room space.
Sizes not listed
Need a different size? We make custom formats for larger orders: larger than A1 from 50 pieces, up to and including A1 from 100 pieces. Specifications for sizes not listed are available on request — write to office@ledmesee.com.
