Sizes up to A1 count as 1 print from the allowance. Sizes up to 1 m², including A0, count as 2. The 800 × 1800 mm size counts as 4, and 1200 × 2400 mm is not covered by the subscription. Shipping to another EU country uses 3 shipments from the allowance.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to unused prints?
They roll over to the next month. Older ones expire two months after being granted.
How do I order prints from my subscription?
Sign in to the account with the subscription and add prints to your cart. At checkout you'll see how many we deducted from your allowance. If the whole order is covered by the subscription, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the minimum term of 3 months, at the end of the paid period. Click “End agreement” in “My account”.
What if I need more prints?
You buy them at the lower price of your plan, with no extra formalities.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, write to us. The change takes effect from the next period.
Does the subscription work outside Poland?
Yes, for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID. Billing is in euro.
Subscription and rental terms
- The subscription lasts at least 3 months, or 12 months when paid yearly; after that it renews monthly until cancelled.
- The allowance renews once the period is paid. Unused prints and shipments roll over to the next month and expire two months after being granted.
- An overdue payment suspends use of the allowance until it is settled.
- Prints are made to order from the customer's file, so they cannot be returned. We handle complaints about defects in the same way as for a normal order.
- The service is provided by ANAVENA Natalia Ciosek (the LEDMESEE brand); company details are in the shop Terms and Conditions. The offer is only for businesses from Poland and the EU with a valid VAT ID, and consumer protection rules do not apply here.
- We issue a VAT invoice after each payment. In all other matters the shop Terms and Conditions apply.
