How it works
- Choose your dates Size, number of frames and start date. Book at least 5 working days ahead.
- Pay and upload your file Fee and refundable deposit. You upload the print file on the order page.
- Delivery before the start To the address of the hall, stand or office. Take the frame out, plug it in and you're done.
- Return after the event Pack the frame and a courier collects it within 2 working days. After checking, we return the deposit.
Price per frame
The price includes the frame, one print and two-way transport. Prices are net. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID account for VAT themselves (reverse charge).

Discount: from 3 frames −10%, from 5 frames −15%. Larger orders and double-sided frames are quoted individually. A late return is charged extra for each day.

Rent or buy for trade fairs?
Renting pays off if you exhibit once or twice a year or don't want to store frames between events. If you go to trade fairs more often, buying is usually cheaper.
Frequently asked questions
What's included in the price?
An LED frame with a power supply, one print of your file, delivery to the address you give and courier collection after the event.
How far ahead should I order?
At least 5 working days before the start. For a shorter lead time, write to us: we often manage it.
What about the deposit?
We take it together with the fee and return it after checking the frames, usually within a few working days of their return.
What if the event runs longer?
Write to us before the end date and we'll extend the rental. A late return without agreement is charged extra for each day.
Can I cancel a booking?
Up to 7 days before the start we refund everything; later, 50% of the fee and the whole deposit. Once the frame has been shipped, the booking cannot be cancelled.
What about the print after the event?
You can keep the print. You only send back the frame.
Subscription and rental terms
- We confirm the booking by email. If we have no frames available for your dates, we refund the full amount.
- The term is counted from the first day of the event. The frame in its original packaging must be ready for courier collection no later than 2 working days after the end of the term.
- For each day of delay we charge the fee from the price list, stated in the email before the end of the rental.
- We return the deposit after checking the frames, deducting the cost of damage or missing items. A frame that is not returned or is destroyed is charged at the list price.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: full refund. Later: 50% of the fee and the whole deposit refunded. Once the frame has been shipped, the booking cannot be cancelled.
- The print file must be sent within 2 working days of booking; after that we cannot guarantee delivery before the start.
- The service is provided by ANAVENA Natalia Ciosek (the LEDMESEE brand); company details are in the shop Terms and Conditions. The offer is only for businesses from Poland and the EU with a valid VAT ID, and consumer protection rules do not apply here.
- We issue a VAT invoice after each payment. In all other matters the shop Terms and Conditions apply.
