How to order an LED frame and print — step by step

Step 1: measure the space and judge the distance

Measure the width and height of the free space on the wall, counter or in the window. Check where the nearest socket is. If there is none and the frame is to stand on a table or counter, choose the power bank version in A5 or A4.

Also consider the distance from which customers will look at the poster. At the counter A4 is enough, on the wall by the entrance A2–A1, and in a window seen from the street A0 or a larger format.

Step 2: choose the model and accessories

• Single-sided (12 mm): for walls, or for counters with support feet.
• Double-sided hanging (14 mm): for windows or suspension, with two independent posters.
• Horizontal double-sided (11 mm): above the counter, on cables.
• With power bank: for tables or counters, cable-free.
• Accessories: ceiling hanger with cables, display stand, power extension cable, USB power bank adapter, support feet.

Step 3: prepare what you want to show

Prepare the artwork at the dimensions of your chosen format, e.g. A2 is 420 × 594 mm. If you do not have a ready design, describe in your enquiry what the poster should show and attach product photos and your logo.

The frame needs a print on backlit film, which lets light through. You can order it together with the frame, already sized to the format.

Step 4: order in the shop or send an enquiry

If you know the model and format, order the frame and print at shop.ledmesee.com. For larger quantities, several locations or if you are unsure about the format, email office@ledmesee.com or use the contact form. Include in your enquiry:

• a photo of the location: wall, window, counter or reception,
• dimensions of the free space and approximate viewing distance,
• number of frames and locations,
• artwork or a description of the poster content,
• town and country of delivery.

Step 5: installation and first switch-on

Hang the frame on the wall, suspend it on cables or stand it on support feet. Connect the power and slide the poster in through the slot. You change the next graphic in seconds, without tools and without unscrewing the casing.

Remember that the frame is designed for indoor use. If your advertising needs to be visible from the street, place it behind the shop window.

Custom formats — for larger orders

We make frames in non-standard sizes for larger orders: large formats (larger than A1) from 50 pieces, smaller formats (A1 and below) from 100 pieces. The minimum quantity and price depend on the dimensions and the total order value — each such project is quoted individually.

For smaller quantities, choose one of 21 standard formats — from A5 to 1200 × 2400 mm. Write to us and we will help you pick the closest size.
