PUBLIC OFFICES AND INSTITUTIONS
Information visitors can find without asking.
Noticeboards in public offices often disappear under layers of paper. An illuminated frame organises the key messages and makes them readable from a distance.
What to show in the frame
In a public institution, an LED frame serves above all for clear information and public campaigns.
- Building plan and department layout.
- List of services handled at each desk.
- Public information campaigns: participatory budget, recycling, census, elections.
- Opening hours and appointment booking information.
- City events and cultural institution programmes.
Where to hang it and which format
- Main lobby: A0 (841 × 1189 mm) or 800×1200 mm with a building plan, single-sided model.
- Above the service desks: horizontal double-sided 900×350 mm with the desk number and the services handled.
- Corridors by departments: 300×1200 mm with signage.
- Waiting room: A2 (420 × 594 mm) with a public information campaign.
- Glazed entrance: double-sided A1 (594 × 841 mm) suspended on cables.
Why a backlit poster rather than a screen or an ordinary frame
Screens in a public office require a tender for the system, an administrator and a security policy. An illuminated frame does not connect to the network, so it is not subject to IT procedures, yet it still makes the message stand out against an ordinary cork noticeboard. Even light improves legibility for people with low vision too, and tempered glass is easy to keep clean. When a campaign or the department layout changes, a member of staff changes the poster in seconds.
Case study
A local council office needed to guide residents through a new desk layout after the lobby was refurbished. An A0 frame with the building plan now hangs by the entrance, a horizontal 900×350 mm frame with the desk number and services above each desk, and an A2 frame with the participatory budget campaign in the waiting room. When the campaign ended, recycling information took its place, changed without any outside contractor.
How to order — step by step
You do not need to know about advertising or printing. You just need to know where the frame will hang and what you want to show on it.
- Measure the space and choose the artwork format — you will find tips above.
- Choose a model: single-sided for the wall, double-sided for the window, horizontal above the counter or with a power bank for the table.
- Prepare your artwork or describe what you want to show — we will help you choose the right backlit print.
- Order a frame and print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space via the contact form.
- Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.
Important: an indoor frame
LEDMESEE frames are designed for indoor use. The slot through which you change the poster is not sealed, so outdoors dust, dirt and moisture would get inside. If you want passers-by to see your advertising, place the frame indoors, behind the shop window. We are working on a special cover that will protect the frame from rain, snow, dust and dirt.

An interior photograph and brief offer description are enough to start. We will help choose the model, format and print for what the customer should see.
