LEDMESEE IN THE CLINIC AND MEDICAL CENTRE
Calm, clear information in the patient’s space.
Patients at a medical centre look for the right room, wait for their appointment and often do not know about all the services on offer. An illuminated poster organises this information in a calm, attractive way.
What to show in the frame
Prepare medical content in line with the rules on advertising health services in your country.
- Range of services and specialities with a short description.
- Preventive health check packages and diagnostics.
- Facility plan and directions to consulting rooms.
- How to book: by phone, online, telephone consultations.
- A photo of the team or interior that builds trust.
Where to hang it and which format
- Reception: single-sided A1 (594 × 841 mm) behind the counter or a horizontal 1200 × 450 mm suspended above it.
- Waiting room: single-sided 800 × 1200 mm with health check packages.
- Corridors and junctions: narrow 300 × 1200 mm with directions to consulting rooms.
- Reception desk: A4 (210 × 297 mm) power bank frame with online booking information.
Why a backlit poster rather than a screen or an ordinary frame
In a medical facility, order, hygiene and calm matter. A screen with moving content needs constant updating, and laminated sheets on noticeboards look unprofessional. An LED frame lights evenly without halo, and tempered glass is easy to wipe with disinfectant. Changing a health check package or directions means swapping the print in seconds, and the slim casing does not narrow the corridor.
Case study
A multi-specialty clinic in a new building had long corridors where patients got lost. Narrow 300 × 1200 mm frames with directions now hang at the junctions, a single-sided 800 × 1200 mm with health check packages is in the waiting room, and a horizontal 1200 × 450 mm with a list of specialities is above reception. Reception staff give directions less often, and changes to the services only need a new print.
How to order — step by step
You do not need to know about advertising or printing. You just need to know where the frame will hang and what you want to show on it.
- Measure the space and choose the artwork format — you will find tips above.
- Choose a model: single-sided for the wall, double-sided for the window, horizontal above the counter or with a power bank for the table.
- Prepare your artwork or describe what you want to show — we will help you choose the right backlit print.
- Order a frame and print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space via the contact form.
- Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.
Important: an indoor frame
LEDMESEE frames are designed for indoor use. The slot through which you change the poster is not sealed, so outdoors dust, dirt and moisture would get inside. If you want passers-by to see your advertising, place the frame indoors, behind the shop window. We are working on a special cover that will protect the frame from rain, snow, dust and dirt.
