WEDDING VENUES AND BRIDAL

Your photos, their evening, beautiful light.

A couple views several venues before deciding. Illuminated photos of the decorated hall help them picture the day, even when the venue is empty.

01

What to show in the frame

The same frame sells dates during the week and serves guests on the day of the reception.

  • Photos of the fully decorated hall in different seasons.
  • Wedding packages, tasting menus and day-after party offers.
  • Table plan or a welcome for guests with the couple’s names.
  • Evening schedule: dinner, cake, first dance.
  • Bridal and suit shops: the season’s collection and fitting appointments.
02

Where to hang it and which format

  • Hall entrance lobby: 800×1200 mm on a display stand with the table plan or a welcome message.
  • Bookings office: A1 (594 × 841 mm) with a photo of the venue, single-sided model.
  • Tables and bar: A5 (148 × 210 mm) with power bank showing the menu or drinks list, cable-free.
  • Bridal shop window: double-sided A0 (841 × 1189 mm) on cables.
  • Showroom fitting rooms: 300×1200 mm with further models from the collection.

Why a backlit poster rather than a screen or an ordinary frame

A table plan on card starts to curl after a few hours in a warm hall, and a screen showing the layout looks too technical for elegant decor. An illuminated frame on a stand gives soft, even light, suits the styling and is easy to read in dimmed evening lighting. Power bank frames stand on the tables without cables. The next day you slide in the poster for the next couple, and during the week the same frame shows the venue’s offer.

Case study

A wedding venue wanted to replace the seating plan boards it printed for every occasion. An 800×1200 mm frame on a display stand now stands in the lobby, and a new plan with the couple’s names is slid in before each reception. A5 power bank frames with the drinks menu stand on the bar. In the sales office, an A1 frame shows the hall with winter decorations, which helps sell less popular dates.

How to order — step by step

You do not need to know about advertising or printing. You just need to know where the frame will hang and what you want to show on it.

  • Measure the space and choose the artwork format — you will find tips above.
  • Choose a model: single-sided for the wall, double-sided for the window, horizontal above the counter or with a power bank for the table.
  • Prepare your artwork or describe what you want to show — we will help you choose the right backlit print.
  • Order a frame and print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space via the contact form.
  • Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.

Important: an indoor frame

LEDMESEE frames are designed for indoor use. The slot through which you change the poster is not sealed, so outdoors dust, dirt and moisture would get inside. If you want passers-by to see your advertising, place the frame indoors, behind the shop window. We are working on a special cover that will protect the frame from rain, snow, dust and dirt.

YOUR VENUE. YOUR DESIGN.

Show us your location.

An interior photograph and brief offer description are enough to start. We will help choose the model, format and print for what the customer should see.

Let’s discuss your project

What next? Three simple steps.

  1. Choose the location and format: measure the space and judge from what distance customers will see the poster.
  2. Order a frame and backlit print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space to office@ledmesee.com.
  3. Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.
