Choose a photograph of the room the guest will actually book. Add the offer name and a way to request details, such as asking reception or scanning a QR code to the right page. Illuminated artwork can also present breakfast, hotel packages or additional services.

Guests read up close at reception: a brief A4 or A3 offer can work well. Consider a larger wall format with a clear photograph and simple heading. In a circulation area, a double-sided model can show separate messages in both directions.
