COWORKING SPACES

A space that explains itself.

New members ask the same things every week. A well-designed light box frame answers on behalf of reception, while building the character of the space.

01

What to show in the frame

In a coworking space, a poster combines the roles of information, signage and promotion of your own services.

  • Membership packages: hot desk, dedicated desk, private office.
  • Conference room booking and house rules.
  • Community events and workshop calendar.
  • Shared kitchen and quiet zone rules.
  • Virtual office and registered business address.
02

Where to hang it and which format

  • Reception wall: 800×1200 mm with the space’s branding and slogan, single-sided model.
  • Reception desk: A4 (210 × 297 mm) on support feet with the package price list.
  • Corridors and room entrances: 300×1200 mm with signage and rules.
  • Kitchen and break-out area: A2 (420 × 594 mm) with the events calendar.
  • Glass meeting room walls: double-sided A2 suspended on cables.
03

Why a backlit poster rather than a screen or an ordinary frame

A coworking space cares about aesthetics, and sheets of paper taped to the wall spoil the premium impression. An illuminated frame looks like part of the interior design, not a temporary notice. Screens would need content management and often show messages nobody reads. A backlit poster is always legible, does not flicker in the work area and creates no extra work for the community manager. You change the events calendar once a month, in seconds.

Case study

A coworking space on two floors had a problem with newcomers getting lost looking for meeting rooms. A narrow 300×1200 mm frame with the room name and booking rules now hangs at the entrance to each room, an 800×1200 mm frame with the space’s branding is in reception, and an A2 frame with the events calendar is in the kitchen. An A4 with membership packages stands on the reception desk. The number of repeated questions at reception has dropped noticeably, and the space has gained a consistent look.

How to order — step by step

You do not need to know about advertising or printing. You just need to know where the frame will hang and what you want to show on it.

  • Measure the space and choose the artwork format — you will find tips above.
  • Choose a model: single-sided for the wall, double-sided for the window, horizontal above the counter or with a power bank for the table.
  • Prepare your artwork or describe what you want to show — we will help you choose the right backlit print.
  • Order a frame and print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space via the contact form.
  • Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.

Important: an indoor frame

LEDMESEE frames are designed for indoor use. The slot through which you change the poster is not sealed, so outdoors dust, dirt and moisture would get inside. If you want passers-by to see your advertising, place the frame indoors, behind the shop window. We are working on a special cover that will protect the frame from rain, snow, dust and dirt.

YOUR VENUE. YOUR DESIGN.

Show us your location.

An interior photograph and brief offer description are enough to start. We will help choose the model, format and print for what the customer should see.

Let’s discuss your project

What next? Three simple steps.

  1. Choose the location and format: measure the space and judge from what distance customers will see the poster.
  2. Order a frame and backlit print at shop.ledmesee.com or send a photo of the space to office@ledmesee.com.
  3. Hang or stand the frame, connect the power and slide in the poster. You change the next graphic in seconds.
